The homes are designed as L shaped homes, ensuring that all living spaces open towards the garden and have lot of ventilation. As you enter the home on the right you have the living, dining and kitchen which open through French windows onto the wooden deck overlooking the garden.
On the left of the foyer is a private study. The stairs to the lower level takes us to the master and guest bedrooms, which open out directly into the garden.
The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and bathroom attached. The utility and common bathroom are also located at this level. The upper level has the children’s bedroom with a walk-in-wardrobe and toilet and guest bedroom 2 with a common toilet. The views from these rooms open towards the garden.
A room for domestic help with a toilet has been provided with a private access.
These homes are spread over 2 levels and have a private basement which houses the media / entertainment area.
