Further to your query regarding the Assured Buy Back Proposal from Ansal for their Megapolis Project, please find attached herewith the Sample Agreement, Location Map, Site Plan and the Development Plan for the project.

The first phase of the project comprising of Plots, Villas, Apartments and Independent Floors was successfully launched last year. Please refer to the attached e-Brochure for the details about the project. The plots in the phase-1 were sold at approx. Rs. 12600-13400 per sqyds.

In the phase-2, the developer is offering a plot of 425 sqyds against an upfront payment of Rs. 30 lacs. And at the same time the developer is offering a Buy-Back Guarantee (after two years from the date of signing the agreement) on legal stamp paper. The sample agreement is attached herewith for your reference.

• Within one month – 90%
